Marek Koutesh, Festival Assistant (programming)

Marek has been on his life journey since 1993. He has been always fascinated by film. So, after completing high school, he went on to study at the Department of Film Studies at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University, where he is putting all his efforts into completing master’s degree. You might have seen some of his articles in a cultural magazine or on website. Marek is a young man constantly striving to broaden his horizons by reading about film and watching movies; often being lured by classic Hollywood as well as amateur, student or underground films too. Leisure for him means not only books, gaming and photography but also worries that he is in lack of free time. In the TeenFilmFest team he is responsible for assisting with films pre-selection and supporting the Jury.
